Get up and running with Cophi at pace

While every consultancy is different, we've found that two distinct pathways have worked well, any opportunity to work with your consultancy would be bespoke to yours and your client needs.

Typically, you can get set up in two distinct ways:

In this proposition, your customer would sign up with Cophi directly where we would handle, process & visualise the data, working with you and the client together.

Indirectly

In this proposition, you maintain complete control of the relationship. You would collect respondent data in our platform, and we would only process and visualise anonymised data, this is more akin to a white label solution

To get started with Cophi, a 5-minute team-to-team survey is shared throughout your organisation, this gives us the data we need to build out how you can visualise and diagnose collaboration throughout your teams, individuals and locations.

Individual Impact Reports

Our Individual Impact Report quantitatively measures and benchmarks your people’s collaborative influence. Organisational impact depends on both individual performance and collaborative impact.

Critical Connector Scan
